Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Amy has really kept me moving. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. Amy has been an inspiration. She is always cheerful and she pushes hard to get me to my goals, I have worked harder and feel great because of her.

How many days should I work out?
3-4 days per week.
How many rest days should I have per week?
This differs for each individual, but typically 2 rest days are needed for active recovery.
How does HIIT training benefit me?
HIIT (High Intensity Hit Training) triggers higher levels of excess post-oxygen consumption, which is the after burn effect that keeps burning calories for hours after you finish the workout.
